The ELVER WIZ 50E is a 50 ton full electric injection molding machine from the WIZ-E Series. 300 mm/s high-speed injection, 335 × 335 mm tie bar distance, 150 × 320 mm mold thickness. Supplied, installed and commissioned by ELVER, Sakarya, Türkiye.

Its 335 × 335 mm tie bar distance and 470 × 480 mm die plate give room for wide multi-cavity tooling in a 50 ton frame, while 590 mm maximum daylight, 270 mm clamping stroke and a 150 × 320 mm mold thickness range cover deep moulds. In the High Speed configuration injection reaches 300 mm/s — which is what makes syringes, blood collection tubes, urine sample containers, drinking cups and other thin-wall, high-cavity parts practical on this size of machine.

The HICOM-GAMMA control system runs on a 15.1" TFT touch panel with mold-parameter USB transfer, self-diagnosis and preventive maintenance screens, so a proven mould setting moves from one machine to the next without being re-taught.
